Abstract

From concept and property of region , the paper expounds spatio-temporal difference of regional forest resources that is spatio-temporal difference law of forest resources distribution . Based on current research situation of regional forest resources early-warning , the paper puts forward the practicing strategy of regional forest resources early-warning system is that begins with county and gradually expands out side .
