Abstract

From DSC theory of modern system sciences that are dissipative structure , synergetics and catastrophe theory , the paper puts forward three new views of regional forest resources system with the characteristics of regional forest resources system .Three new views includes dissipative structure theory , synergertics and development theory , and gradualism and catastrophe theory .They will be theoretical base of theory analysis , especially quantitative analysis of regional forest resources early-warning system .
