Abstract

What meaning is warning is first question of regional forest resources early-warning . Warning meaning is made up of two parts which are warning affair and warning degree .The paper classifies warning affair of regional forest resources as productive , biodiversity , effect , disaster and overall warning affair etc ., and these warning affair are discussed in detail late .
