Abstract

对袋菇主产区香菇生产现状的系统研究表明，袋菇生产是发挥山区优势、扬长避短、发展经济的好项目，但目前菇农自发争相发展，追求数量，粗放经营，导致资源、人力、物力浪费，后备资源发展无相应地位，菇田矛盾突出，香菇生产难以持久发展。为此亟需加强领导，改革生产方式，主要技术环节分级管理，确定合适规模，增加资源转化值，提高菇木营林地位，扩充后备资源等，促使袋菇生产稳健持久地发展。
