Abstract

There is a huge potential market for Chinese green farm produces .However , the international competitiveness of green farm produces is weak due to the insufficient support of policies .The solution to this problem was studied from the perspective of the support of the monetary policies .The influence of monetary policies on the prices of green farm produces in an open economy model under fixed exchange rates was studied .It is suggested that the government should adopt economic policies including strengthening financial support , innovating rural monetary system , setting up reasonable interests compensationmechanism and keeping the exchange rate policy stable to further improve the international competition power of Chinese green farm produces and increase export .
