Abstract

In conceptual framework of regional forest resources early-warning system , prediction , monitoring and early-warning are three relative concepts that are very easy confused .From the views of conceptual contents and application , the paper discusses the relationship of early-warning and prediction .And from the view s of set theory :separate , tangency and intersect , the paper explores the relationship of early-warning and monitoring .
