Regression Analysis of the Relationship between Sound Absorption Coefficients and Audio Frequencies of wood.

Abstract: This study was carred out by use of the determination results of normal sound coefficients of wood(p) for 10 major tree species from Fujian. The regerssion analysis ofp and audio frequencies(f)showed that the formulap=b0+b1f+b2f2+b3f3 is fit for actaul conditions, which ont only has not any relation to the tangent plane of wood but also can be regarded it as a general law.
