Phosphorus absorption with ten fungi inoculants in Eucalyptus urophylla × Eucalyptus grandis

摘要: 通过菌液浇施的方法接种10株桉树内生菌于磷胁迫的尾巨桉Eucalyptus urophylla E. grandis幼苗,接种30 d后进行低磷胁迫。在胁迫15,30,45 d后取样测定酸性磷酸酶活性,3个月后收获植株样品进行生物量测定和植株含磷量测定。在正常供磷条件下,接种真菌菌株G,菌株E和菌株J的根系酸性磷酸酶活性增加了69.24%,53.87%和53.87%。在磷胁迫处理1条件下,接种菌株E,菌株G和菌株J的根系磷酸酶活性增加了50.00%,50.00%和27.78%。在磷胁迫处理2条件下,接种菌株J,菌株G和菌株E的根系磷酸酶活性增加了50.00%,37.50%和25.00%。接种菌株J,菌株E,菌株G的植株全磷增加了43.92%,35.14%,33.78%。接种内生菌株G,菌株J,菌株E的植株总生物量增加了35.05%,21.65%和20.62%。通过研究发现,接种真菌菌株E,菌株G,菌株J显著提高了植株磷酸酶的活性,较大程度地提高了植株磷质量分数。图1表7参24Abstract: Eleven treatments,a control and ten Eucalyptuss endophytic liquid fungi,were inoculated into seedlings of Eucalyptus urophylla Eucalyptus grandis. After 30 d,an experiment on low phosphorus versus normal stress was conducted. Acid phosphatase activity was measured after 15,30,and 45 d with biomass, and phosphorus content was measured after 3 months. Results showed that for the normal P treatment,acid phosphatase activity increased in treatment G-69.24%,treatment E-53.87%,and treatment J-53.87%. In P stress treatment one, acid phosphatase activity increased for treatments E-50.00%,G-50.00%,and J-27.78%. In P stress treatment two, acid phosphatase activity increased for treatments J-50.00%,G-37.50%,and E-25.00%. Total phosphatase increased for treatments J-43.92%,E-35.14%,and G-33.78%. Biomass increased in treatments G-35.14%,J-21.65%,and E-20.62%. Thus,acid phosphatase activity increased significantly with fungi E,G,and J with phosphatase content increasing.[Ch,1 fig. 7 tab. 24 ref.]
