Effects of exogenous hormones on rooting of Euonymus hamiltonianus and E. alatus cuttings

摘要: 研究了不同质量浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)和双吉尔6号(GGR?鄄6)对西南卫矛Euonymus hamiltonianus和卫矛E. alatus插穗生根的影响,旨在为西南卫矛和卫矛的快速繁殖提供参考依据。结果表明:西南卫矛属于愈合组织生根类型,综合生根率、不定根根长和不定根根数等指标,300 mgL-1 GGR?鄄6处理效果最优;卫矛属于皮部和愈合组织综合生根类型,卫矛经过300 mgL-1 IAA处理后生根率最高,达到91.10%。表1参9Abstract: The research on the cutting propagation of Euonymus hamiltonianus and E. alatus was carried out using NAA,IAA and GGR-6 at 50,150,300 mgL-1 concentrations in order to provide references to their rapid propagation in large volume. The results showed that(1) the rooting of E. hamiltonianus belonged to callus rooting type;The GGR-6 concentration of 300 mgL-1 had marked the best effects for E. hamiltonianus taking such the factors into account as rooting percentage,the length and number of roots. (2) the rooting of E. alatus belonged to comprehensive rooting type which were bark and callus rooting;300 mgL-1 IAA had the best effect on rooting percentage of E. alatus,which reached to 91.10%.[Ch,1 tab. 9 ref.]
